Withdrawing your balance

Your Jabburr earnings collect in your balance. Most of the time you don't have to do anything — payouts run automatically each week. But you can also manage withdrawals directly.
Automatic weekly payout
By default, your available balance is sent to your linked bank account every week. This is the simplest path — set up your bank once and let it run.
Manual withdrawal
Want funds sooner or on your own schedule? From Settings → Payments & payouts, tap Withdraw to send your available balance now (subject to standard bank processing times).
Available vs. pending
- Available — cleared funds, ready to withdraw or be paid out.
- Pending — recent sales still settling, or held briefly for fraud and chargeback protection.
Pending funds become available automatically once they clear.
Timing
Bank transfers typically land in 1–3 business days after they're sent, depending on your bank. You'll see the status of each payout in your dashboard.
Troubleshooting
- Payout failed? Usually a bank detail mismatch — re-check your account and routing numbers.
- Missing a payout? Confirm your balance was "available," not "pending," at the cutoff.
